Forming part

workflow

Manually fix the workpiece, manually roll it up, enter the PLC operation page - press the "start" button - the board automatically enters - start the automatic pressing plate forming of the equipment according to the set program.

Feed oriented platform

Install left and right guide devices at the feed inlet of the host. During work, the raw material boards are guided left and right into the main machine to maintain the correct position between the raw material boards and the roll forming system. The guide position can be adjusted manually through a screw mechanism, and it is independently adjustable on both sides.
